		<description>I got a recipe similar to this from a vegetarian friend of mine. She subs a can of cooked brown lentils for the sausage and a cup of uncooked rice for the pasta. It&#039;s pretty good and is on my menu plan for this week - but I have some sausage I need to use up, so it&#039;s lovely that your variation arrived this morning.</description>
